Free tools
Assets M. Pact publishes as free, including the AI Decision Diagnostic and the vendor questions, are free to use, keep, and share in their original, unmodified form. They may not be sold, altered, or presented as your own or another firm’s work.
Member content
Research, frameworks, tools, and working files provided through an Individual membership are licensed to one named member. The membership and login may not be shared or transferred.
The named member may use the tools in their own professional work for the organization where they work. They may display a tool while facilitating an internal working session, collect evidence verbally from colleagues, and share completed, read-only outputs internally with the people responsible for the decision. Those participants do not receive access to the tool or permission to edit it.
Blank working files, reusable templates, member-only research, and tool access may not be distributed, reproduced, repackaged, or placed in a shared organizational repository. Shared logins, multiple editors working in one portfolio, organization-controlled administration or ownership, centrally maintained organizational source material, and Records that must persist or transfer when the member leaves require a Team Environment or an Enterprise agreement.
Any number of people in the same organization may hold separate Individual memberships. Each membership remains a separate named-member workspace. An Individual membership may not be used to resell M. Pact materials, operate the tools as a service, or deliver work to external clients without written permission.
The 30-day guarantee
If an individual membership is not useful in its first 30 days, one email refunds it in full. Refunded memberships end at refund. Refunds for accounts showing bulk-extraction patterns are granted at M. Pact’s discretion.
What this content is, and is not
Everything M. Pact publishes reflects its professional judgment, offered to sharpen yours. Sources are believed reliable; M. Pact makes no warranty as to completeness and disclaims liability for actions taken on its content. It is not legal, investment, or tax advice. M. Pact’s content may not be used to train artificial intelligence systems.
Client data
Answers given to build an intelligence environment build that environment and nothing else. During early access, a person at M. Pact may complete parts of assembly, under the commitment on this page and stated plainly to every early client. At scale, assembly is automated and no one at M. Pact reads answers in the normal course: a person sees them only if assembly fails, the client asks for human help, or the client asks for one of the options offered on screen. Client information is never sold, is never used to train AI models, and is never shared beyond the contracted providers that operate the environment, each bound by written agreement to confidentiality, encryption at rest and in transit, and the same data protection obligations M. Pact carries.
Environments can use an organization alias; they work on how the client describes the organization, not on its name. When an account is deleted, the environment and its contents are deleted with it, completed with our platform providers without undue delay, except records the law requires anyone to keep, such as payment records. Questions or deletion requests: one email, answered within two business days.
The independence rule
M. Pact’s research and recommendations are produced independently. M. Pact is paid by the buyer, never by the vendor, for its advice. It accepts no compensation contingent on what it recommends.
